Termite Inspections
Visible and accessible areas are checked for termite activity, wood damage, and conditions that may allow termites to enter or remain.
We provide whole-structure termite fumigation in Sacramento and nearby Northern California communities. Preparation, tenting, aeration, and clearance for re-entry are handled by licensed fumigation professionals, and completed fumigation work is backed by a 2-year warranty.
FUMIGATION OVERVIEW
Whole-home fumigation is used when drywood termites may be living in multiple areas or inside wood that cannot be treated directly. The structure is enclosed under tarps, allowing the fumigant to move through framing, trim, attic timbers, and other concealed spaces.
Fumigation treats the enclosed building as a whole rather than only the areas where evidence is visible. The property must be prepared and temporarily vacated, then aerated and tested before anyone returns.
01
The fumigant moves throughout the enclosed building to reach drywood termites inside visible and concealed wood.
02
Everyone leaves the property during treatment and aeration. The expected re-entry window is provided before tenting begins.
03
After aeration, the air is tested and the property is not released until a licensed fumigation professional confirms it meets the clearance standard.
Termite fumigation may be recommended for drywood termite infestations that cannot be reliably addressed within a defined treatment area.Arrange keys, gate codes, security alarms, and any required utility shutoff or restoration before leaving The recommendation is based on the distribution of the evidence, access to the affected wood, and the risk of leaving concealed colonies untreated.

Before tenting day, everyone must be out, specified consumable products must be removed or bagged, and the fumigation crew must have access throughout the property. A missed preparation item can delay the service, so complete the checklist provided for your scheduled fumigation before the crew arrives.
Everyone, including children and pets, must leave before fumigation begins and remain out until the property is cleared. Take medications, clothing, work items, and anything else you will need while away.
Unsealed food, beverages, medicines, pet food, and other consumable products must be removed or placed in approved fumigation bags. Items still in the manufacturer’s original airtight seal may be handled differently, so follow the item list provided with your preparation instructions.
Take indoor plants out of the structure and move exterior potted plants away from the tenting area. Requirements for aquariums, cages, and other animal equipment should be confirmed before the service date.
Bedrooms, closets, cabinets, storage rooms, attics, and other areas included in the fumigation must be accessible. Follow the provided instructions for doors, drawers, safes, and locked spaces.
Unlock gates and move anything blocking the building perimeter. Branches, awnings, patio items, or plants touching the structure may need to be moved or trimmed so the tarps can be installed properly.
Confirm keys, gate codes, security alarms, and any required utility arrangements with the fumigation crew before leaving.
Fumigation requires you to leave the property and hand over access to the entire structure. The fumigation plan should leave no uncertainty about preparation, scheduling, clearance, or warranty coverage. These details are reviewed before the property is tented.
Tenting, treatment, aeration, and clearance testing are completed by licensed fumigation professionals following California requirements.
The structure included, total cost, preparation responsibilities, service dates, and warranty terms are reviewed before the work is scheduled.
Fuller Termite can confirm the need for fumigation and complete termite damage or dry rot repairs found at the property. You do not need to restart with a separate repair contractor.
Completed termite fumigation includes a 2-year warranty, with the coverage terms confirmed before treatment begins.

He responded quickly and was able to also do the remediation work in an extremely timely manner. The work completed was great. Overall, he was very professional, honest and well priced! We would highly recommend Fuller Termite.Posted on Google![]()

Ryan Fuller is so honest that he will give you the best advice for your situation and not his pocketbook. He could have made substantially more money by encouraging me to do ALL his recommended repairs and he did not. Instead, he advised me the best route for me financially and for possibly a quicker sale of my home. (Bottom line, he could've made $10k plus, and we are only doing $1,400 per Ryan's recommendation. Quite the savings I would say!) Honestly, his integrity and work ethic are superior, and I would highly encourage you to give him a call for all of your pest needs. He is very responsive and really works with your schedule. I truly can't give this guy enough kudos with all the help he has been through my home purchase and now a home sale. The home I bought needed quite a bit of work, including to be tented for wood boring beetles and sprayed for subterranean termites, and he saved me over $3,500 on that work! Really, he is a gem. I will refer no one else. Ryan is the man to call!Posted on Google![]()

Ryan is amazing! I was selling my house and his company was hired by the buyer to come and do an inspection. He found problems unknown to me (bummer) but also provided solutions (yay). He completed the required work on time and on budget! As someone who has remodeled several rooms- trust me- that RARELY happens!!! Ryan did beautiful, quality work! Thank you Ryan!
