Bed Bug Control
Treatment for bed bug activity in bedrooms, furniture, mattresses, baseboards, and other areas where bed bugs may hide or spread through the property.
We provide professional rodent control in Sacramento and nearby Northern California communities for homes and properties dealing with rats or mice in attics, garages, crawl spaces, kitchens, storage areas, and other parts of the property. We inspect where the activity is happening, identify likely access points, and recommend the right control measures for the property.
RODENT ACTIVITY
Rodent activity can be easy to miss until signs begin appearing indoors. Droppings, scratching sounds, gnaw marks, damaged food packaging, nesting material, or activity in attics, garages, and crawl spaces can indicate that rats or mice are regularly using the property.
Finding where they are active is only part of the inspection. We also need to look at how they may be entering the structure and which hidden areas are being used so the control plan is based on what is actually happening at the property.
RODENT INSPECTION
01
We check gaps around rooflines, vents, garage doors, foundations, utility openings, and other areas that may be giving rats or mice access to the structure.
02
Droppings, gnaw marks, nesting material, rub marks, tracks, and other signs can help show where rodents are moving, feeding, or sheltering.
03
We look at attics, crawl spaces, garages, storage areas, and other concealed spaces where rodent activity can continue without being noticed right away.
RODENT CONTROL
We provide rodent control for active rat and mouse problems in Sacramento and nearby communities. Service is based on the type of rodent involved, where activity is occurring, and the areas of the property connected to the problem.
Rat control focuses on the areas where rats are traveling, feeding, sheltering, or gaining access to the structure. We look at the pattern of activity and the parts of the property most closely connected to it.
Mice can use very small openings and often stay close to protected areas with access to food or nesting material. Service is focused on where mouse activity is showing up and the routes they may be using through the property.
We address rodent activity inside the structure, focusing control measures on the areas where rats or mice are actually active rather than treating unrelated parts of the property.
We treat rodent activity around the outside of the property where shelter, vegetation, food sources, or access points may be supporting the problem.
Attics and crawl spaces can give rats and mice protected areas to move, nest, and remain active out of sight. We inspect and address these areas when the signs point to rodent activity there.
When rodent activity returns after previous cleanup or control attempts, we look at what may still be supporting the problem and which areas need further attention.
RODENT DAMAGE
Rats and mice can gnaw on electrical wiring, insulation, wood, food packaging, and stored belongings. In attics and other enclosed areas, nesting and repeated travel can also disturb insulation and leave droppings or urine behind.
Electrical wiring is one of the more serious concerns because rodent gnawing can strip protective coating and expose the wire underneath. Food-storage and utility areas can also be affected when rats or mice gain regular access.
When we inspect for rodent activity, we look at more than where the animal was seen. Signs of gnawing, nesting, contamination, and repeated travel can help show how established the problem is and which areas need attention.
COMMON RODENTS
Several rodent species are commonly found around Sacramento properties. Identifying which rodent is active helps us narrow down where to look and how the problem should be handled.
Roof rats are agile climbers and commonly travel using trees, fences, utility lines, and structures. Around buildings, they are often associated with rooflines, upper wall areas, and other elevated spaces.
Norway rats are larger, heavier-bodied rats that are more likely to stay close to the ground. They commonly burrow near foundations, landscaping, trash areas, and other sheltered locations.
House mice are much smaller than rats and can enter through very small openings. Once inside, they can stay close to food, nesting material, and protected spaces, which can make activity easy to miss until droppings, gnawing, or other signs begin appearing.
Not sure what type of rodent you’re dealing with? Tell us what you’ve noticed and where the activity is happening, and we can take it from there.

Ryan Fuller is so honest that he will give you the best advice for your situation and not his pocketbook. He could have made substantially more money by encouraging me to do ALL his recommended repairs and he did not. Instead, he advised me the best route for me financially and for possibly a quicker sale of my home. (Bottom line, he could've made $10k plus, and we are only doing $1,400 per Ryan's recommendation. Quite the savings I would say!) Honestly, his integrity and work ethic are superior, and I would highly encourage you to give him a call for all of your pest needs. He is very responsive and really works with your schedule. I truly can't give this guy enough kudos with all the help he has been through my home purchase and now a home sale. The home I bought needed quite a bit of work, including to be tented for wood boring beetles and sprayed for subterranean termites, and he saved me over $3,500 on that work! Really, he is a gem. I will refer no one else. Ryan is the man to call!Posted on Google![]()

Ryan is amazing! I was selling my house and his company was hired by the buyer to come and do an inspection. He found problems unknown to me (bummer) but also provided solutions (yay). He completed the required work on time and on budget! As someone who has remodeled several rooms- trust me- that RARELY happens!!! Ryan did beautiful, quality work! Thank you Ryan!

03
We apply the appropriate control measures to the areas connected to the active rat or mouse problem.

RODENT CONTROL FAQ
Common signs include droppings, scratching or scurrying sounds, gnaw marks, damaged food packaging, nesting material, rub marks, and rats or mice seen around the property. Repeated signs in the same area usually indicate ongoing activity rather than a single rodent passing through.
Rodents can enter through gaps around rooflines, vents, garage doors, utility penetrations, foundations, and other exterior openings. Roof rats may reach upper parts of a structure, while mice can use openings that are easy to overlook.
A house mouse can fit through an opening about 1/4 inch wide. Small gaps around pipes, doors, vents, and other parts of the structure can therefore provide enough space for mice to enter.
Traps can help control active rats or mice, but they may not solve the entire problem when rodents still have access to the structure. Entry points, travel routes, and other conditions around the property also need to be considered.
The timeline depends on how much activity is present, where rodents are located, and how easily they are accessing the property. Some problems can be addressed quickly, while established activity may require follow-up to confirm that it has been brought under control.
Tell us what you have been seeing or hearing and where the activity is occurring. We can inspect the problem, determine what is active, and explain the next step.
