    TERMITE TREATMENT OVERVIEW

    What Our Termite Treatment Covers

Termite treatment focuses on the areas where activity has been confirmed and the routes termites are using to reach the structure. Depending on the termite type and location, the approved work may involve accessible wood, soil beside the foundation, crawlspaces, or other entry points connected to the activity.

Before work is scheduled, you receive the treatment method, areas included, preparation requirements, price, and warranty terms in writing. Treatment addresses the approved areas only. Wood repair and moisture correction are quoted separately when needed.

    TERMITES WE TREAT

Termite Types We Treat in Sacramento & Nearby Communities

Drywood and subterranean termites can both damage structural wood, but they live and spread differently. The treatment method depends on the termite type, where the activity is located, how much of the structure is affected, and whether the infested area can be reached.

    Subterranean Termites

Subterranean termites build colonies in the soil and travel into structures through mud tubes or concealed openings around the foundation. They depend on moisture and are often found near crawlspaces, slab edges, plumbing penetrations, and other ground-level access points.

    Common signs include:

    Drywood Termites

    Drywood Termites

Drywood termites establish colonies inside dry wood and do not need contact with the soil. They may infest attic framing, eaves, fascia, trim, doors, and other wood above ground. Colonies can remain hidden inside the wood, so small piles of hard, pellet-like droppings called frass are often the first visible clue.

    Common signs include:

    THE OPTIONS

    Termite Treatment Methods We Use

Termite treatment is selected from the findings at the property. The termite species, affected areas, access, and extent of activity determine whether the work calls for a soil barrier, localized wood treatment, or whole-structure fumigation.

Soil Barrier Treatment for Subterranean Termites

Used when: Subterranean termites are entering the structure from the soil

Liquid termiticide is applied to the soil at the affected foundation perimeter and, when needed, accessible subareas. Trenching, rodding, or drilling may be used to reach soil below concrete, porches, or slabs. The treatment areas and required access are identified in the written scope before work begins.

    Localized Drywood Termite Treatment

Used when: Drywood activity is confined to accessible wood

When drywood termites are confirmed in a limited, reachable area, treatment can be applied directly to the affected wood. This option addresses only the locations included in the scope and cannot reach colonies hidden elsewhere in the structure. That limitation is reviewed before localized treatment is approved.

    Whole-Structure Fumigation

Used when: Drywood activity is widespread or cannot be reached directly

Fumigation treats the entire structure, including concealed areas that localized applications cannot reach. It may be recommended when drywood termite activity is found in multiple locations or extends behind walls and other finished surfaces. Preparation, scheduling, and re-entry requirements are explained before the fumigation is scheduled.

    HOW IT WORKS

    Our Termite Treatment Process

Here’s what to expect from the inspection through completion of the approved treatment.

    01

    Request Service

Call or submit the website form with the property address, the area of concern, and any termite report or photos you already have.

    02

    Confirm the Findings

A current termite report is reviewed. When current findings are not available, an inspection is scheduled to identify the termite type and affected areas.

    03

    Approve and Schedule the Work

The recommended work is reviewed with you before authorization. Preparation and access instructions are provided when the treatment appointment is scheduled.

    04

    Complete the Treatment

Licensed professionals complete the approved work using the method specified for each treatment area. Appointment length and occupancy requirements depend on the treatment method and property access.

    05

    Review the Completed Work

The treated areas are reviewed, and any remaining wood damage or property conditions are discussed before the job is closed.

    AFTER TREATMENT

What You Receive After Termite Treatment

After treatment, you receive a record of the work, warranty information, and any instructions that apply to the treated areas. Keep these details with the property records for future service or a real estate transaction.

    Treatment Record

Details of the treatment date, method used, and areas included in the completed work.

    Warranty Information

Confirmation of the 2-year warranty covering the completed termite treatment.

    Aftercare Instructions

Any re-entry requirements, treated-area restrictions, or follow-up steps that apply after service.

    Repair Recommendations

A separate explanation of damaged wood or moisture-related conditions that still require attention.

Ryan Fuller is so honest that he will give you the best advice for your situation and not his pocketbook. He could have made substantially more money by encouraging me to do ALL his recommended repairs and he did not. Instead, he advised me the best route for me financially and for possibly a quicker sale of my home. (Bottom line, he could've made $10k plus, and we are only doing $1,400 per Ryan's recommendation. Quite the savings I would say!) Honestly, his integrity and work ethic are superior, and I would highly encourage you to give him a call for all of your pest needs. He is very responsive and really works with your schedule. I truly can't give this guy enough kudos with all the help he has been through my home purchase and now a home sale. The home I bought needed quite a bit of work, including to be tented for wood boring beetles and sprayed for subterranean termites, and he saved me over $3,500 on that work! Really, he is a gem. I will refer no one else. Ryan is the man to call!

Ryan is amazing! I was selling my house and his company was hired by the buyer to come and do an inspection. He found problems unknown to me (bummer) but also provided solutions (yay). He completed the required work on time and on budget! As someone who has remodeled several rooms- trust me- that RARELY happens!!! Ryan did beautiful, quality work! Thank you Ryan!

    Termite Treatment Questions, Answered

    Frequently Asked Questions

There is no flat rate for termite treatment. Pricing is based on the termite type, treatment method, number of affected areas, property access, and construction. The total price is confirmed before treatment is scheduled.

Yes. A current termite inspection is required so the termite type, affected areas, and appropriate treatment method can be confirmed. An existing inspection report may be accepted after review; otherwise, a new paid inspection will need to be scheduled.
Yes. A current termite or WDO report can be reviewed and used when it clearly identifies the termite type, affected locations, and recommended work. A new inspection is required when the report is outdated, incomplete, or does not cover the areas needing treatment.
Localized termite treatment is generally completed in 1 appointment. Larger soil treatment scopes may take longer, while whole-structure fumigation spans multiple days for preparation, treatment, and aeration. The schedule is confirmed once the treatment method and access requirements are known.
Not for every treatment. Localized treatments generally require people and pets to remain outside the treated areas, while the rest of the property may remain accessible. Whole-structure fumigation requires everyone to leave until the property has been cleared for re-entry.
Termite treatment can be performed in homes with children and pets when product-label instructions, preparation requirements, and re-entry times are followed. People and animals must stay outside treated areas for the required period, and pets, aquariums, or animal enclosures should be discussed before the appointment.
No. Termite treatment addresses the termite activity but does not restore damaged wood. Fuller Termite can inspect and price termite damage repairs as a separate service.
The 2-year warranty covers the termite treatment completed by Fuller Termite in the approved treatment areas. Fumigation and repair work carry separate 2-year warranties based on the service completed.
